A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I have always been very passionate about animals, even as a young child I was often most happiest spending time with my menagerie of animals, later this passion developed more when I started to think about what I wanted to do as a career.

My journey began studying Animal Management where I learned about many different species of animals and how to uphold the best of care for their welfare. Whilst studying I began volunteering at Dogs Trust for over two years, after which I was lucky enough to begin my career with them, training and rehoming an array of rescues dogs - in all shapes and sizes - for over six years.
My Dogs Trust experience means I am able to specialise in nervous and reactive dogs who may need that extra bit of care - because my knowledge of dog behaviour and training means I can understand them more than most. I then worked for Guide Dogs whilst fostering for Cats Protection, where I cared for and helped socialise many different cats and kittens until they found their new homes.

My passion for animal welfare and care has now led me to creating Whiskers and Tails, where I can offer trustworthy and reliable pet sitting and dog walking services for pet owners whilst they are working or away on holiday. I am fully insured and pride myself in treating every animal as if they were my own and am dedicated to ensuring that your furry friend is well taken care of to the highest of standards. If you need assistance due to your work schedule or a holiday, please don't hesitate to contact me - I'm always happy to help!

Services
Dog Walking
I offer 1-hour walking slots for your pampered pooches. These can either be as part of a group walk with other dogs (up to 4) or if they prefer, a solo walk. I have ample experience working with dogs that that struggle to be around other dogs or prefer quiet walks and can cater my walks to your dog's individual needs.
Pet Sitting
I offer pet-sitting services for overnight stays in the comfort of your pet's own home. This is the perfect option for pets who are accustomed to being alone for a few hours. However, if your furry friend is not comfortable being alone, I can provide a tailored discounted hourly rate to ensure that they are never left alone if they find it difficult being left.

Wedding Chaperoning
North Devon Based Venues
I offer a tailored wedding chaperone service for your beloved dogs, as I know from my own experience how important it is to have your fur babies as part of your wedding - but how difficult it can be to navigate care for them on the big day.

Are you reluctant to put the pressure of looking after your dogs on your wedding day on to one of your wedding guests? Would you like to have someone who can bring your dogs to a ceremony and look after their needs for the rest of the day, leaving you one less thing to worry about on your wedding day? Then look no further than my wedding chaperoning service.

As part of the package, I will meet you in-person before your wedding to discuss your needs and then tailor a package to suit you, your dog(s) and your plans for your big day.

The cost of my bespoke chaperoning service will completely depend on how much care is needed for your dog(s) throughout your big day and will be discussed upon enquiring.
